Contraindications
- Acute heart failure
- Obstruction of the outflow tract of the left ventricle
- Cardiogenic shock
- Second or third degree AV block
- Sick sinus syndrome
- Severe bronchial asthma
- Untreated phaeochromocytoma
- Hypersensitivity to Bisoprolol, Amlodipine, or excipients
Side Effects
- Common: Dizziness, headache, somnolence, palpitations, edema, fatigue
- Uncommon: Insomnia, mood changes, visual disturbances, bradycardia, bronchospasm
- Rare: Allergic reactions, nightmares, hepatitis, increased triglycerides
Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with heart failure or impaired hepatic function
- Avoid in patients with obstructive airways diseases
- Caution in patients with diabetes mellitus
- Gradual withdrawal advised before surgery
Use in Special Populations
- Geriatric use: Usual doses may be administered with caution in the elderly

- Patients with Liver disease: Caution in hepatic impairment, particularly severe cases
