  • It contains Calcium Carbonate BP, Vitamin D3 BP, Magnesium Oxide BP, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate BP, Cupric Oxide, and Boron Citrate. The film-coated and effervescent tablets contain specific amounts of these ingredients to support bone health.

Composition

  • Each film-coated tablet contains Calcium Carbonate BP equivalent to 600 mg elemental Calcium, Vitamin D3 BP (as Cholecalciferol) 200 IU, Magnesium Oxide BP equivalent to 40 mg Magnesium, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate BP equivalent to 1.8 mg Manganese, Cupric Oxide equivalent to 1 mg Copper, Boron Citrate equivalent to 250 mcg Boron, and Zinc Oxide BP equivalent to 7.5 mg Zinc. Each effervescent tablet contains similar ingredients but with different amounts.

Dosage & Administration

  • Adults should take 1 film-coated tablet twice daily, preferably with meals and water.
  • Children aged 3-7 years should take 1 effervescent tablet daily.
  • Children older than 7 years can take 1 to 2 effervescent tablets daily.

Interaction

  • Thiazide diuretics may increase the risk of hypercalcemia.
  • Certain foods and medications can affect the absorption of calcium and Vitamin D3.
  • Concomitant use of certain drugs may decrease the effectiveness of Vitamin D3.

Contraindications

  • Absolute contraindications include hypercalcaemia, primary hyperparathyroidism, Vitamin D3 overdosage, severe renal failure, and hypersensitivity to any tablet ingredients.
