Indications
- Treatment of bronchospasm

Pharmacology
- Levosalbutamol as a single isomer beta 2-agonist
- Mechanism of action unimpeded by (S)-salbutamol

Interaction

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to levosalbutamol or its components

- Muscle cramps
- Nausea

- Burning substernal or epigastric pain

- Unknown excretion in human milk
- Caution during nursing
Precautions & Warnings
- Particular caution in acute severe asthma
- Effect potentiated by hypoxia
- Monitoring serum potassium levels
- Caution with xanthine derivatives, steroids, and diuretics
