Indications

  • Treatment of advanced carcinoma of the ovary

Pharmacology

  • Promotes microtubule assembly
  • Stabilizes microtubules
  • Induces abnormal arrays of microtubules
  • Inhibits dynamic reorganization of microtubule network

Dosage & Administration

  • Premedication required before administration
  • Recommended dosages for ovarian cancer, breast carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, Kaposi's Sarcoma
  • Dose adjustment based on individual patient tolerance
