Dosage & Administration

Extended release tablet: Recommended dose in adults is one 200mg tablet daily
Film coated tablet: Recommended dose in adults is 100mg twice daily

Interaction

No significant drug interactions observed
Close monitoring required when used with certain medications like lithium, digoxin, diuretics, anticoagulants, and methotrexate

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
Precipitation of asthma attacks by aspirin or NSAIDs

Pregnancy & Lactation

Avoidance in pregnancy and lactation unless benefits outweigh risks

Precautions & Warnings

Caution with active or suspected peptic ulcer or gastro-intestinal bleeding
Caution with moderate to severe hepatic impairment
Caution with cardiac or renal impairment
