Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Usual starting dose of 40/5 mg once daily
- Maximum recommended dose of 80/10 mg once daily
Interaction
- No clinically significant interaction with acetaminophen, simvastatin, warfarin, etc.
- Safe administration with thiazide diuretics, beta-blockers, digoxin, etc.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to the product or its components
- Pregnancy & lactation
- Severe hepatic impairment, hypotension, cardiogenic shock

- Manifestations of telmisartan overdosage: hypotension, dizziness, tachycardia
- Manifestations of amiodipine overdosage: excessive peripheral vasodilation, marked hypotension
