Indications
- Treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis

Pharmacology
- Potent histamine antagonist

- Non-sedating

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 20 mg tablet once daily
- Adolescent dosage: 20 mg tablet once daily
- Children (6-11 years) dosage: 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet once daily
- Children (2-11 years) dosage: 4 ml once daily
Interaction
- Increased concentration with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem
- No potentiation of CNS effects when taken with lorazepam
- Similar psychomotor performance with alcohol
- No significant impact on alcohol intake

- Hypersensitivity to active substance or excipients
