Pharmacology
- Besifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication and division

- Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) 3 times a day for 7 days
- Pediatric use demonstrated in controlled clinical trials
