Dosage
- Maximum recommended dose: 100 mg three times a day for adults with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
- Recommended dose: 75 to 150 mg two times a day for postherpetic neuralgia in adults
- Recommended dose: 300 to 450 mg/day for fibromyalgia in adults
- Recommended dose range: 150 to 600 mg/day for neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury in adults
Administration
- Oral administration
- Swallow whole with or without food
- Gradual tapering when discontinuing

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pregabalin or its components

- No adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women
- Small amounts detected in lactating women's milk
