Indications

• Topical treatment of interdigital tinea pedis
• Topical treatment of tinea cruris
• Topical treatment of tinea corporis

Pharmacology

• Luliconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent
• Inhibits the enzyme lanosterol demethylase
• Blocks ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membrane

Dosage & Administration

• Adult dosage for interdigital tinea pedis
• Adult dosage for tinea cruris and tinea corporis
• Pediatric dosage not established

Contraindications

• Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Luliconazole

Side Effects

• Contact dermatitis may occur
• Cellulitis may occur
• Application site reactions observed in less than 1% of subjects

Pregnancy & Lactation

• No adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women
• Use during pregnancy only if potential benefit justifies potential risk to fetus
• Caution should be exercised when applied to breastfeeding women

Precautions & Warnings

• Discontinue treatment in case of unusual allergic reaction
• Recommended for topical use only
• Not intended for ophthalmic, oral, or intravaginal use
