Pharmacology
- BTK inhibitor
- Inhibition of B-cell trafficking
- Inhibition of B-cell proliferation
- Inhibition of cell migration
Dosage
- Recommended dose for MCL and MZL: 560 mg
- Recommended dose for CLL/SLL and WM: 420 mg
- Dose when used in combination with bendamustine and rituximab: 420 mg
Administration
- Orally once daily
- Swallow capsules whole with water
Interaction
- Avoid co-administration with CYP3A inhibitors
- Avoid co-administration with strong CYP3A inducers
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients

- Increase in Ibrucon exposure in hepatic impairment
