Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components
- Special care necessary in patients with active or quiescent pulmonary tuberculosis
Side Effects

- Possible systemic effects include Cushing's syndrome, Cushingoid features, and adrenal suppression
- Growth retardation in children and adolescents
