Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) three times a day
- Children over 12 years dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) three times a day
- Children 6-12 years dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) three times a day
- Children 2-5 years dosage: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoonful) three times a day
- Prefer physician’s advice for children aged less than 2 years
Interaction
- Concomitant use of sympathomimetic agents
- Rise in blood pressure potential
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to constituents
- Cardiovascular disease including hypertension
- Lower respiratory symptoms including asthma
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) therapy

- Avoiding concomitant administration of alcohol or other sedatives
- Caution in patients with mild to moderate hypertension
- Exercise caution in hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, elevated intra-ocular pressure, prostatic enlargement, severe renal and hepatic impairment
