Dosage & Administration
- Oral administration for anxiety

Interaction
- Contraindicated concomitant intake with alcohol
- Increased sedation with neuroleptics, hypnotics, sedative antihistamines
- Increased sedation with CNS depressants e.g. general anesthetics, narcotic analgesics, antidepressants
- Increased clearance with concomitant administration of phenobarbital
- Decreased clearance with administration of cimetidine
- Inhibition of metabolism by omeprazole and isoniazid

- Myasthenia gravis
- Pulmonary insufficiency

- Hypersensitivity to bezodiazepine
