Interaction
- Diminished effect with oral anticoagulants

Contraindications
- Not to be used in comatose patients
- Not to be used in patients with existing blood dyscrasias
- Not to be used in patients with known liver damage
- Not to be used in patients hypersensitive to the active ingredient or related compounds
Side Effects
- Transient restlessness
- Dystonias or parkinsonism-like symptoms
- CNS reactions like drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue
- Peripheral edema
- Blood dyscrasias
- Rare occurrences of tachycardia, constipation, urinary retention

- Not recommended during pregnancy unless essential
