Dosage & Administration
- Starting Dose: 40 mg/day to 60 mg/day
- Target Dose: Acute: 40 mg/day (20 mg twice daily) to 60 mg/day (once daily or as 30 mg twice daily); Maintenance: 60 mg/day
- Maximum Dose: 120 mg/day
Interaction
- Metabolism by CYP1A2 and CYP2D6 isozymes
- Co-administration with fluvoxamine
- Inhibitors of CYP1A2 metabolism
- Concomitant use with potent inhibitors of CYP2D6
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the drug or any inactive ingredients
- Bipolar depression
- Substantial alcohol use or evidence of chronic liver disease
- Controlled narrow-angle glaucoma

Precautions & Warnings
- Monitoring for clinical worsening and suicidality
- Periodic blood pressure measurement
- Risk of bleeding with concomitant use of Dulox and NSAIDs
- Caution in patients with history of mania or seizure disorder

Overdose Effects
- Limited clinical experience with Dulox overdose in humans
- No specific antidote
- Treatment with general measures employed in drug overdose management
