Pharmacology
Selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSNRI) for oral administration
Dosage & Administration
- Starting Dose: 30-60 mg/day
- Target Dose: 30-120 mg/day

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to drug or inactive ingredients
- Not approved for bipolar depression
- Patients with substantial alcohol use or chronic liver disease
- Cautious use in patients with controlled narrow-angle glaucoma

Precautions & Warnings
- Monitoring for clinical worsening and suicidality
- Blood pressure measurement prior to treatment and periodically thereafter
- Caution about risk of bleeding with concomitant use of Duloxen and NSAIDs or other coagulation-affecting drugs
- Prescribed with care in patients with a history of mania or seizure disorder
