                Interaction

                • Known hypersensitivity to Duloxetine or inactive ingredients

                • Use cautiously in patients with controlled narrow-angle glaucoma

                • Use cautiously in patients with a history of mania or seizure disorder

                Overdose Effects

                • Limited clinical experience with overdose in humans
                • No specific antidote
                • Treatment should consist of general measures for overdose management
                • Emesis induction not recommended
                • Gastric lavage with appropriate airway protection may be indicated if performed soon after ingestion or in symptomatic patients
                • Activated charcoal may be useful in limiting absorption
