Dosage & Administration

  • Tablet: Two tablets 1-3 hours after meal and at bed time

  • Inhibition of drug absorption
  • Affected drugs: Azithromycin, cefpodoxime, ciprofloxacin, isoniazid, rifampicin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, pivampicillin, tetracyclines, Gabapentin, phenytoin, Itraconazole, ketoconazole, Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, Phenothiazines

Contraindications

  • Hypophosphataemia
  • Alkalosis
  • Hypermagnesaemia
  • Abdominal distention due to partial or complete intestinal obstruction
