Dosage & Administration
- adult dosage 25-50 mg once daily
- motion sickness initial dose 25-50 mg 1 hour prior to travel
- use in children determined by physician
- use in elderly sensitivity caution
Interaction
- increases toxicity with CNS depressants
- increases drowsiness with alcohol/sedatives/tranquilizers
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to Meclizine or its excipients
