Indications

- Pregangrene

- Paresthesia

Pharmacology
- Contains active ingredients Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate
- Cinnarizine belongs to the calcium antagonists group
- Dimenhydrinate belongs to the antihistamines group
- Reduces symptoms of vertigo and nausea
- Combination product more effective than individual compounds
Dosage & Administration
- Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, to be taken after meals
- Children and adolescents under the age of 18 years: Not recommended
- Elderly: Dosage as for adults
Interaction
Concurrent use of alcohol, CNS depressants or tricyclic antidepressants may potentiate the sedative effects
Contraindications
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients
- Angle-closure glaucoma
- Convulsions
- Suspicion of raised intracranial pressure
- Alcohol abuse
- Urine retention due to urethroprostatic disorders

Pregnancy & Lactation

Precautions & Warnings
- Do not reduce blood pressure significantly
- Use with caution in hypotensive patients
- Take after meals to minimize gastric irritation
- Caution in patients with Parkinson’s disease
Overdose Effects
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Ataxia with anticholinergic effects
- Dry mouth
- Flushing of the face
- Dilated pupils
- Tachycardia
- Pyrexia
- Headache
- Urinary retention
- General supportive measures should be used to treat respiratory insufficiency or circulatory failure
- Gastric lavage with isotonic sodium chloride solution is recommended
