Indications

- Sequelae of cerebral and cranial trauma
- Postapoplectic disorders

- Prophylaxis of motion sickness
Pharmacology
- Contains Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate as active ingredients
- Cinnarizine belongs to the group of calcium antagonists
- Dimenhydrinate belongs to the group of antihistamines
- Reduces symptoms of vertigo and nausea
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 1 tablet three times daily after meals
- Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years
- Elderly dosage same as for adults
Interaction
- Concurrent use of alcohol, CNS depressants, or tricyclic antidepressants may potentiate sedative effects
- Avoid concurrent use of Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate with alcohol, CNS depressants, or tricyclic antidepressants
Contraindications
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Known hypersensitivity to the active substances or excipients
- Angle-closure glaucoma
- Convulsions
- Suspicion of raised intracranial pressure
- Alcohol abuse
- Urine retention due to urethroprostatic disorders

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation
Precautions & Warnings
- Use with caution in hypotensive patients
- Take after meals to minimize gastric irritation
- Exercise caution when administering to patients with Parkinson's disease
Overdose Effects
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Ataxia
- Anticholinergic effects such as dry mouth, flushing of the face, dilated pupils, tachycardia, pyrexia, headache, urinary retention
- General supportive measures should be used in case of respiratory insufficiency or circulatory failure
- Gastric lavage with isotonic sodium chloride solution is recommended
