Pharmacology
- Piperazine-derivative antihistamine
- Antiemetic properties

Dosage & Administration
- 25-50 mg daily for nausea and vomiting
- 25-50 mg 1 hour before travel for motion sickness
- 50 mg 2-12 hours prior to radiation treatment
- 25-100 mg daily for vertigo
- 25-50 mg 1 hour before emergency contraceptive pill (ECP)
- Not established for children under 12 years
Interaction
- Potentiated by ethanol
- Potentiated by CNS depressants
- Potentiated by anticholinergics
- Increases digoxin absorption

- Hypersensitivity to ingredients
