Pharmacology
- Multifactorial action
- Acts as histamine H1-receptor agonist

Dosage & Administration
- Initial oral treatment: 8-16mg three times daily
- Maintenance doses: 24-48 mg daily
- Not to exceed 48mg daily

Interaction
