Description
Metocol is available in various forms such as nasal spray, tablet, and injection for the relief of symptoms in adults with acute and recurrent diabetic gastroparesis, treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, and more. It blocks dopamine and serotonin receptors, enhances response to acetylcholine, and increases lower esophageal sphincter tone. It should be stored between 20-25°C and protected from light.
