Dosage and administration
- Usual adult tablet dosage: 0.5 mg daily
- Usual adult IV dosage: 0.075 mg administered over 10 seconds

- Specific dosage for post-operative nausea and vomiting
- Children dosage: IV dose at 20 mcg/kg body weight
