Indications
- Monotherapy for partial-onset seizures in adults and adolescents
- Adjunctive therapy for partial-onset, myoclonic, and tonic-clonic seizures
Description

Dosage
- Initial starting dose of 250 mg twice daily for adults and adolescents
- Dose adjustments for pediatric population and renal impairment
Administration
- Oral administration with sufficient liquid

Interaction
- No influence on serum concentrations of existing antiepileptic drugs
- Decreased methotrexate clearance when used concomitantly
