Pregaben is indicated for neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.
