Indications

Pharmacology

  • Stimulates insulin release from pancreatic cells

Dosage & Administration

  • Usual initial dose: 40-80 mg daily
  • Maximum dose: 320 mg daily
  • To be taken before meals
  • Dosage adjusted based on response to treatment
  • For oral use
  • Take with a glass of water
  • Swallow whole, do not chew or crush
  • Always eat a meal after taking the tablet
