Indications
- Topical treatment of acne
- Treatment of pimples
- Treatment of bacterial skin infections susceptible to A-Mycin
Pharmacology
- Bacteriostatic macrolide antibiotic
- Bactericidal in high concentrations
- Mechanism of reducing inflammatory lesions of acne vulgaris is unknown
Dosage & Administration
- Apply in morning and evening to affected areas
- Thoroughly wash with warm water and soap before applying
- Wash hands after use
- Spread the medication lightly rather than rubbing it in

- Interacts with Clindamycin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Erythromycin or any of the other ingredients of the lotion

- Eye irritation

Pregnancy & Lactation

- Excreted in breast milk
