Adult Dosage
- Starting dose: 500 mg twice a day or 850 mg once a day, with meals
- Maximum daily dose up to 2000 mg
- Dosage increases in increments of 500 mg or 850 mg
Children Dosage
- Starting dose: 500 mg twice a day, with meals
- Maximum daily dose up to 2000 mg
Renal Impaired Patient Dosage
- Not recommended if eGFR below 30 mL/min/1.73 m
Interaction Information
- Potential interactions with Nifedipine and Cationic drugs
