Indications

Dosage & Administration

Interaction

Pregnancy & Lactation
- use during pregnancy only if potential benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus
- unknown secretion in human milk
- avoid administering to lactating women
Precautions & Warnings
- not to be used in Type 1 diabetes or for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis
- use with caution in case of combination antidiabetic therapy and hepatic insufficiency
- regular monitoring of liver enzymes
