Dosage & Administration

Initial dosage range of 20 mg to 240 mg per day
Individualized dosage based on disease and patient response
Gradual withdrawal recommended for long-term therapy
Injection dosage for adults and children

Interaction

Induction of hepatic enzymes by drugs like Phenobarbital
Inhibition of corticosteroid metabolism by Troleandomycin and Ketoconazole

Contraindications

Severe systemic fungal infections
Known hypersensitivity to any component of the product
