Dosage & Administration
- Extended release tablet: Recommended adult dose of 200mg Aceclofenac daily
- Film coated tablet: Recommended adult dose of 100mg Aceclofenac twice daily
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring when used with lithium and digoxin
- Interaction with diuretics
- Enhanced activity with anticoagulants
- Increased plasma level of methotrexate when used with methotrexate
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma

- Avoid use in pregnancy and lactation unless potential benefits outweigh risks
