Description

  • Ovulet is indicated in the treatment of anovulation or oligo-ovulation in patients desiring pregnancy. It is also indicated for infertility treatment in males with oligospermia and poor sperm motility.

DosageInstructions

  • 50 mg daily for 5 days for females
  • 25 mg once daily up to 90 days for males

Pharmacology

  • Clomiphene has mainly antiestrogenic effects and some estrogenic effects. It stimulates ovulation by competing with estrogen for binding sites at the hypothalamic level, increasing the secretion of gonadotropins.
