Indications
- Treatment of erectile dysfunction in men

Mechanism of Action
- Inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5)
- Causes smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood into penile tissues
