Indications
- Treatment of infections caused by gram-positive bacteria
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Respiratory tract, nasal, ear, and throat infections

Dosage & Administration
- 500mg oral dose four times a day for adults
- Injection dosage for different conditions and age groups
Contraindications
