Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for extended release tablet in adults: one 200 mg Aceclofenac tablet daily
- Recommended dose for film coated tablet in adults: 100 mg, twice daily
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Potential increase in plasma concentration of lithium and digoxin with usage
- Potential interaction with diuretics
- Potential enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Potential increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity
- Contraindicated in patients in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma
