Indications
- Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections

Pharmacology
- Active against Gram-positive organisms
- Inhibits cell wall formation of bacteria

- Oral administration for adults and children
- Parenteral administration for adults and children

- Dosage adjustment for osteomyelitis and endocarditis
Administration
- Oral doses should be taken 1 hour before a meal

- Concurrent use may increase blood levels for prolonged period

- Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitive patients
