Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for adults: 200 mg extended-release tablet daily
- Recommended dose for adults: 100 mg film-coated tablet twice daily
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required with lithium and digoxin
- Interaction with diuretics
- Enhanced activity of anticoagulants
- Increased plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity
- Contraindicated in patients with aspirin or NSAID-induced asthma attacks
