Indications

Pharmacology
- Flucloxacillin is active against Gram-positive organisms
- Inhibits cell wall formation of bacteria
- Bactericidal antibiotic

- Parenteral administration for adults and children
- Dosage doubling for severe infections

Administration
- Oral doses administered 1 hour before meal
Interaction

- Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitive patients
