Indications

Pharmacology
- Active against Gram-positive organisms
- Inhibits formation of cell wall of bacteria
- Resistance to hydrolysis by penicillinase
- Bactericidal antibiotic
- Interferes with peptidoglycan synthesis
Dosage
- Oral administration for adults
- Oral administration for children (2-10 years)
- Oral administration for children (Under 2 years)
- Parenteral administration for adults or elderly
- Parenteral administration for children (2-10 years)

Administration
- Oral doses should be administered 1 hour before meal
Interaction
- Concurrent use may result in increased level in blood

- Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitive patients
