Indications
- Relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis

Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of one 200 mg extended release tablet daily for adults
- Recommended dose of 100 mg film coated tablet twice daily for adults
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Interaction with diuretics
- Enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Patients with known hypersensitivity to aceclofenac
- Patients in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Avoid use in pregnancy and lactation unless benefits outweigh risks

- Caution in patients with cardiac or renal impairment
- Caution in patients suffering from dizziness or urticaria
