Indications
- Upper respiratory tract infections

Description
- Acid-stable and semi-synthetic oral cephalosporin
- Rapidly absorbed after oral administration
- Maintains urine concentration above MIC of susceptible pathogens
Pharmacology
- Inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis
- Binds to penicillin-binding proteins
- Arrests cell wall assembly resulting in bacterial cell death
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage for various infections
- Children dosage
- May be taken with or without meals
- Administration with food may diminish gastrointestinal complaints

- Hypersensitivity to cefadroxil or any ingredients
