Cephradine is a semisynthetic broad spectrum bactericidal antibiotic active against both gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

For Oral Administration:
- Adults:
  - Urinary tract infections
  - Respiratory tract infections
  - Skin and soft tissue infections
- Children:
  - Total daily dose
  - Otitis media
  - Maximum daily dosage
- Elderly: Appropriate dosage
For Injectable Administration:
- Adult: Usual dose and prophylaxis dose
- Children: Dose for severe infection

Potential nephrotoxic drugs and diuretics

Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins

Gastro-intestinal disturbances: Limited occurrence
Hypersensitivity phenomena:
- More likely in individuals with history of allergies
- Rare skin reactions
