Description

Indications

  • Treatment of Upper respiratory tract infections

Pharmacology

  • Active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms
  • Inhibits cross-linking process in bacteria cell walls

Dosage & Administration

  • Dose adjustments for elderly and patients with impaired renal or hepatic function

Interaction

  • Risk of kidney damage with concomitant use of nephrotoxic drugs
