Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose: one 200 mg extended-release Aceclofenac tablet daily for adults
- Recommended dose: 100 mg film-coated Aceclofenac tablet twice daily for adults
- Dosage as prescribed by physician
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Interaction with diuretics
- Enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Increased plasma level of methotrexate when used with methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Contraindicated in patients with aspirin or NSAID-induced asthma attacks

Pregnancy & Lactation
