Indications

Pharmacology
- Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties
- Potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzyme
- Rapid and complete absorption after oral administration
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of 200 mg Aceclofenac extended-release tablet in adults
- Recommended dose of 100 mg Aceclofenac film-coated tablet twice daily in adults
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- May interact with diuretics
- May enhance the activity of anticoagulants
- May increase the plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity
- Contraindicated in patients with aspirin or NSAIDs-induced asthma attacks
