- D-Fix is an orally active cephalosporin antibiotic with bactericidal activity against a wide variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.
- Cefixime, the active ingredient, is a third generation semisynthetic cephalosporin antibiotic for oral administration, with 40-50% absorption rate regardless of food intake.
