  • Adjusted based on creatinine clearance

Interactions

  • May increase prothrombin times in some patients
  • Use caution with anticoagulant therapy

  • Hypersensitivity to cephalosporin antibiotics

  • No specific antidote exists
  • Not removed in significant quantities by dialysis
